The building is a first line sea view building. The entrance of the building is secured by a keypad secured door. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, kettle, fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave and an amazing one of its kind wine celar. All bedding and towels included. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board. The apartment also benefits with a 65 inches flat screen TV with Smart TV and cable tv in the living room. There is also a private covered parking off the premises provided for free to our guests and there is also public space right opposite the apartment

Rent price: 100€ / night ( for whole property ). I also ask 300€ security deposit ( which is returned on the day when you decide to leave the property ).
