This detached holiday house with big croft in greenery and new -private pool is ideal for families or groups of 6 persons who really wish to truly relax on a vacation. It's situated in small village Podbašćak ( 2 km from Marina) with less than 20 houses in whole village so privacy and peace are guaranteed.
2 bedroom flat is on the first house floor and consists : 2 bedrooms each with double bed , bathroom with shower and washing machine, nice fully equipped kitchen with living-dining area with exit on spacious balcony with view on nature.
House has big yard where your kids can play, pool with spacious terrace ans summer house, sundeck chairs where you can rest in shadow of sun umbrellas , indoor and outdoor grill, sitting wooden set , parking for your car and a garage.
Nice pebble beach and all services can be found in nearby Marina. Trogir and Split Airport are only 15 km away. Friendly young owners live kilometer away and will welcome you on the arrival day. In case you have pets please mention them prior booking. So if you want privacy and house solely for you this is the right choice.
